NEW Speed Control added to Adobe Premier Rush for iPad! Can it beat Lumafusion?

I have not played with Adobe Premier Rush much on the iPad since it first came out as it was missing some features I thought were something I could not live without when I am video editing. Specifically speed control and stabilization. Well speed control has been added and I thought it would be nice to take a look to see how it stacks up agains Lumafusion.
